Terms Of Service

General Info

  • I don't draw anything I don't want to

  • I can refuse drawing something

  • No cancelling after payment

  • At least 50% of the cost has to be paid when I have a sketch of artwork

  • I can post artwork to promote myself on social media

  • Don't erase my watermark

  • Don't credit yourself as a creator of my artwork

  • Waiting time for sketch is up to 3 days, for the rest of the artwork up to 2 weeks (depends on how busy I am)

  • I accept payment via Ko-Fi, PayPal, Blik or Bank Transfer (only Pl)

I do draw

  • Humans, humanoids

  • Anthros, furries

  • Canine, feline (I'm not really good at other animals, tho I can try my best)

  • Ship Art

  • Extras (like flowers)

  • Simple backgrounds

I don't draw

  • MECHA

  • NSFW

  • Fetish art

  • Hatespreading, rasist, sexist, etc, things

You can

  • Sell my designs (not for lower price nor higher if character doesn't have extra art pieces)

  • Change design (only if the new one is still similar to original)

  • Use characters for personal use (RolePlaying, getting art of, etc)

  • Use artwork for personal use (printing it, making badges, pins, etc)

  • Use art as a profile pic, banner, etc (tho I have to be credited as a creator of it)

You cannot

  • Lower nor higher the value of character from me (unless it has new pieces of art)

  • Sell my art as NFT

  • Post my art on any social media (unless I allow you)

  • Sell my art as your merch

  • Buying my character for somebody else without informing me about it
